SBI shares rise nearly 2% after Q1 beat. Here’s what Nomura, Morgan Stanley and other top brokerages expect next

SBI shares gained 1.55% after the lender reported a 10% YoY rise in Q1 FY27 standalone net profit to Rs 21,121 crore, beating Street estimates. Net interest income rose 15% to Rs 46,992 crore, while operating profit increased 10%. Domestic NIM improved to 3%, while whole-bank NIM rose 5 bps sequentially to 2.86%.
